What we do not do
- No advertising, no tracking cookies, no profiling.
- No selling or renting of any list, ever.
- No contact beyond what you asked for.
Where it goes
Your details are stored with our site provider and, for follow-up, in our contact system. Providers are in the UK, the EU or under UK-approved safeguards. Emails are sent by our email provider on our behalf.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the plan is abandoned, whichever is first. Subscribers are removed on unsubscribe.
If Whitmont becomes its own company
If the project moves to a Whitmont entity, your details move with it for the same purposes, and you will be told.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, or object. Write to hello@whitmontfellows.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
