One day, a small number of people will stand behind Whitmont. Their names will go on the Wall in the order they signed. This page describes them. It does not ask them for anything.
Who they will be
Individuals who made their money and their names in this city and want a stake in what comes next. Not institutions. People who will know the Fellows by name.
Skin in first
Whitmont's own money goes in before anyone else's. That is the second of the five principles, and it is also the order of events: nobody is asked for anything until the founder has already paid.
The Board
The founding partners will be the Whitmont Board. Not a committee. A wall of names, and a room they can walk into.
When
After the research, after the first backing, after the Room. Not before. Nothing about this will be said in public until it is real, and then it will be said privately, to the people who left their names here.
