The plan for how a cohort will run, in order.

Leave your name.
There is no application form, because there is no cohort. Leave your name and you will be told when there is.

The founder dinner.
When a cohort is forming, shortlisted teams are invited to dinner. That is the selection. Not a pitch, a conversation.

The cohort.
A small number of teams take their desks in the Room together. Backing lands. Work starts.

The working rhythm.
Build. Weekly time with mentors. Every Fellow records an episode.

The finishing fortnight.
The last two weeks are spent on the things that end companies: the selling, the hiring, the closing. No demo day.

The Number.
Every year, the companies from the Room are counted and the result is published, whatever it says.

Two, then three.

Two intakes a year at the start, so the Room stays small enough to know everyone's name. Three a year once the Room has earned it.
